INDICACIONES DEL PACIENTE:
Acudir a la toma de muestra en horario nocturno de 20:00 a 22:00 h.
INDICACIONES DE LA MUESTRA:
Suero 2 mL.
Enviar la muestra con refrigerante.
VALORES DE REFERENCIA:
2.5 - 12.5 µg/dL
PRINCIPALES INTERFERENCIAS:
Corticotropina, estrógenos, vasopresina, anfetaminas, cortisona, nicotina, etanol, anticonceptivos orales.
Hiperplasia suprarrenal congénita, hipopituitarismo.
PRINCIPALES APLICACIONES CLÍNICAS:
Síndrome de Cushing.
Enfermedad de Addison.
